About the Role: AI Trainer at Handshake
Handshake is looking for motivated students and recent graduates with Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degrees to join our remote AI Trainer program. You will collaborate with top AI labs to test and improve Large Language Models (LLMs), applying your academic knowledge and general skills. All academic backgrounds are welcome.
Program Details: AI Fellowship
The Handshake AI Fellowship is a year-round program with varying project availability. You will work independently on short-term AI training projects remotely, with no minimum hour commitment. No prior expertise is needed; just a keen eye for detail. A brief training and a single assessment will precede your project work. This is a paid opportunity to learn how AI models are trained at leading labs, gain valuable experience, and build confidence for an AI-driven job market.
Qualifications for AI Trainer:
- Current students pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree, or recent graduates with these degrees.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions.
- Comfortable working in an asynchronous, remote environment.
- Belief in your ability to challenge advanced AI systems with your knowledge and reasoning.
- Note: Candidates requiring work authorization are not eligible at this time.
