A Typical Day
As a Multi-Unit Team Leader at a Block Advisors office, you will manage three offices as a front-line leader. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing associates across multiple offices.
- Managing office staffing, operations, and logistics.
- Partnering with the District General Manager to drive growth and community engagement.
- Conducting performance reviews and handling associate relations.
- Preparing tax returns upon successful course completion or assessment.
Your Expertise
You will bring proven people management experience, strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course if preparing tax returns.

Compensation & Scheduling
This position starts with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall. From January to April it transitions to full-time, including evenings and weekends, then returns to a reduced schedule from May through December. The pay range is $16.50 to $40.00 per hour with potential for additional incentive compensation.
