Role Overview

The BA Multi-Unit Team Leader serves as the front-line manager at a Block Advisors office managing three offices. This role focuses on people management, achieving growth objectives (clients, revenue, earnings) and ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage staffing, operations and logistics across multiple offices.
  • Partner with the District General Manager to develop local growth plans.
  • Recruit, interview, and conduct performance reviews for tax office associates.
  • Build an engaging team environment through training and coaching.
  • Prepare tax returns upon successful completion of required courses.

Benefits and Work Schedule

This role begins with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall. It transitions to full-time (including evenings and weekends) during the tax season (January to April) and then reverts to a reduced schedule afterward. Benefits include health, wellness programs, retirement plans, and more.
