About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring for high-caliber professionals across our U.S. operations. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for a seasoned recruiter who excels at partnering with senior business leaders, leveraging data to influence hiring decisions, and proactively building best-in-class finance talent pipelines.

A well-rounded recruiter with experience navigating complex U.S. talent markets and hiring top talent for our business will be key to success.

This role is based in Dallas and will primarily support hiring across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles, from individual contributors to senior leadership positions.
  • Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and leadership teams, aligning hiring strategies with business goals and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute U.S.-focused recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent in competitive markets.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified professionals in key areas such as Project Managers, Project Directors and Electrical Engineers to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver data-driven insights, including pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, market trends, and diversity hiring analytics.
  • Utilize a multi-channel sourcing approach, including direct sourcing, passive candidate outreach, referrals, networking, and employer branding.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices in interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, and closing strategies.
  • Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance hiring processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and maintain accurate documentation within the applicant tracking system.

Skills & Requirements

  • Significant experience in talent acquisition (in-house or agency), with a strong track record recruiting professionals from our sector within the U.S. market.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner, influencing senior stakeholders and driving hiring outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and inform decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. labor market trends and hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S. as needed.
