Job Overview

As a Sales Associate at COS (part of H&M Group), you are the friendly face that greets our customers and embodies the heart of our brand. You help create welcoming experiences and guide shoppers through their journey with genuine assistance and proactive service.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers from greeting to checkout.
  • Assist in store operations: cash desk, fitting rooms, shop floor.
  • Process deliveries, replenish stock, and merchandising latest garments.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service and familiarity with textile materials is a plus but not mandatory. Key qualities include:

  • Customer-focused and commercially aware.
  • Interest in trends and fashion.
  • Communicative, positive, open-minded, and adaptable.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and resilient.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a part-time position offering 10-25 hours a week with an hourly rate of $18.25. Additional benefits include:
