About the Sales Advisor - Solihull Role
H&M Group is seeking part time Sales Advisors to work 12-16 hours per week at our Solihull store in the Touchwood Shopping Centre. In this role, you will prioritize customer service and contribute to sales and profit with product and fashion expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers, and activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience contributing to sales objectives.
- Provide and receive honest feedback to support personal and colleague development.
- Follow health and safety routines to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications & Additional Information
If you love people and fashion and embody our values, we welcome your application. Availability for 3-4 days a week including weekends is required. Please note, this role does not offer sponsorship under the skilled worker route.
