About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through our store, promote our products, and maintain a clean, attractive sales floor. You will work closely with your store team to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
A Day in the Life
- Customer Sales & Profit: Welcome and guide customers, engage in sales conversations, promote the Customer Loyalty App, and support sales targets.
- Fashion & Trend Awareness: Stay updated on trends, share fashion knowledge, and inform customers about our products.
- Team & Development: Share knowledge, follow procedures, participate in training, and collaborate with colleagues.
- Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution: Manage garment refill, fitting room operations, checkout, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
You should be passionate about fashion, motivated to provide great customer service, communicative, creative, and flexible. Prior sales and customer service experience is required, along with physical ability to handle in-store tasks.

Additional Information
This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a hiring rate of $12.25 per hour. Responsibilities include adhering to health and safety guidelines and might involve travel for training or support in other stores.
