Sales Advisor – Central London

H&M Group is seeking part-time Sales Advisors for our Central London stores. The positions offer 8, 12, 16, or 20 hours per week, with flexibility across 2 to 5 days including weekends, and do not offer sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Advisor, you will deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Representing the H&M brand positively.
  • Engaging with customers to provide excellent service.
  • Supporting commercial and operational store goals and sales targets.
  • Keeping up with fashion trends and inspiring customers with your knowledge.
  • Providing and receiving feedback to support team development.

Who You’ll Work With

You will be part of a dynamic team including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers, all working together to make fashion accessible and sustainable.
