About the Role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers, selling products, and supporting them with fashion insights and product knowledge.

You will work on garment refill, care, presentation, and maintaining the sales floor and back of house. You will collaborate closely with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and engaging with customers
  • Guiding customers through fashion trends and product details
  • Promoting sales and the Customer Loyalty App
  • Supporting commercial actions and meeting sales targets
  • Ensuring a tidy store and attractive merchandise displays

General Information

Fashion & Trend Awareness: Keep current with fashion trends, styles, and product insights to assist customers effectively.

Team & Development: Share knowledge, follow procedures, participate in training, and provide constructive feedback.

Retail Operations & Visual Execution: Handle garment refill, fitting room operations, stock replenishment, and uphold visual guidelines.

Qualifications

You should be passionate about fashion, customer service, and be comfortable in a dynamic store environment. Prior sales experience and a willingness to work collaboratively are essential.

Additional Information

This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour. The role involves following health & safety guidelines and adhering to legal requirements. Some tasks include using in-store technology for OMNI services and participating in the H&M Incentive Program.
