About the Role
As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by welcoming, guiding, and assisting customers in the store. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to ensure customers have the best experience while actively selling our products.
A Day in the Life
A typical day includes:
- Welcoming customers and guiding them through our store and OMNI experience.
- Engaging customers with conversations about fashion trends and products.
- Promoting our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
- Supporting sales targets alongside the store management team.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house areas.
General Responsibilities
- Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and relevant influencers.
- Share product and fashion information with customers.
- Maintain merchandise presentation following visual and commercial guidelines.
- Support retail operations including stock replenishment and operating fitting room/checkout areas.
- Follow all procedures, H&S guidelines, and legal requirements in the store.
Team & Development
Work collaboratively with your store colleagues to share know-how, participate in trainings, and enhance store operations.
Qualifications
You should be passionate about fashion, motivated by customer service, and experienced in sales and retail. Great communication, creativity, flexibility, and a proactive approach are essential.

Additional Information
- Job Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt.
- Compensation: $14.00 per hour, with potential adjustments based on qualifications.
