About the Role

As a Sales Advisor - Valley Fair, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers, and actively sell products. Use fashion and product knowledge to ensure the best customer experience, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back of house.

A Day in the Life

A typical day includes:

  • Welcoming customers and guiding them through the store and OMNI experience
  • Engaging customers in conversation for excellent service
  • Demonstrating fashion trends and promoting products
  • Encouraging the use of the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
  • Supporting commercial and operational sales actions with the team

General Information

This role requires staying updated with fashion trends, maintaining visual guidelines, and executing garment care and replenishment tasks. You will work on store operations and visual execution while following all H&S and legal guidelines.

Team & Development

Work collaboratively with your colleagues by sharing service, fashion, and operational knowledge. Participate in onboarding processes, trainings, and courses to support your growth.

Retail Operations & Visual Execution

Responsibilities include garment refill and care, operating fitting and checkout areas, maintaining attractive merchandise displays, and ensuring good stock levels.

Qualifications

You should be passionate about fashion, customer service, and sales. Prior experience in retail or customer service in fashion is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
