About the Role

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. You will welcome and guide customers through the store, actively sell products, and provide support and guidance using your deep knowledge of fashion and products.

A Day in the Life

You will engage with customers on the sales floor by:

  • Welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
  • Discussing fashion trends, stories, and products
  • Promoting customer loyalty and sustainability initiatives
  • Supporting commercial and operational efforts to meet sales targets

General Information

You are expected to maintain fashion and trend awareness, share product information, and work collaboratively with colleagues. Your responsibilities also include retail operations tasks such as garment refill, visual presentation, and maintaining a tidy sales floor and back of house.

Qualifications

You should be passionate about fashion, communicative, creative, and customer-focused. Sales experience in retail or service industries is required, along with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
