About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding customers through the store and online OMNI experience, and actively selling H&M products. You will use your fashion knowledge to inform customers, ensure a clean and appealing store environment, and work collaboratively with your team.
A Day in the Life
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers.
- Engage customers with fashion trends and product information.
- Promote the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
- Support store operations including garment refill, checkout, and presentation.
- Follow visual and commercial guidelines to maintain merchandising standards.
General Responsibilities
In this role, you will also keep up-to-date with fashion trends, share your insights with customers and colleagues, and participate in ongoing training and development. You will assist in opening and closing procedures while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.
Qualifications
You should be passionate about fashion with previous sales and customer service experience in retail or service industries. H&M values effective communication, creativity, flexibility, and a proactive approach to helping customers.
