About the Role

A Day in the Life
Your day includes engaging with customers, promoting fashion trends and products, and supporting sales targets through effective communication and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Promote H&M products, trends, and sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain clean, attractive merchandise displays and stock levels.
- Handle garment refill, care and fitting room operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
Passion for fashion, strong communication, creativity, and prior sales or customer service experience in retail are required. You should be motivated, flexible, and action-oriented.

Additional Information
This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a pay rate of $11.00 per hour. The role involves in-store operations with adherence to H&S guidelines and legal requirements. An online skills assessment via Maki may be used during the selection process.
