About the Role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M Group, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store. You will leverage your fashion and product knowledge to ensure customers have the best shopping experience.

A Day in the Life

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and engaging in sales conversations.
  • Guiding customers through fashion trends and product details.
  • Supporting with garment refill, care, and visual merchandising.
  • Promoting the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean sales floor and back of house.

Qualifications & Who You Are

You are passionate about fashion, motivated to provide great customer experiences, and have experience in retail or customer service roles in fashion and related industries. You are communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented.

Retail Operations & Additional Duties

  • Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices.
  • Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain stock levels.
  • Follow health & safety guidelines along with legal requirements.
  • Participate in onboarding, training courses and share knowledge with peers.
