About the Role

As a Sales Advisor at Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell products and offer support and guidance. You will leverage your fashion and product knowledge to offer customers relevant information for the best experience.

A Day in the Life

A typical day includes:

  • Welcoming customers and guiding them through both in-store and OMNI experiences.
  • Engaging customers in conversations about fashion trends, products, and stories.
  • Promoting customer loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
  • Supporting commercial and operational actions to meet sales targets.
  • Maintaining garment refill, care, presentation, and cleanliness of the sales floor and stock areas.

Fashion & Trend Awareness

Keep up-to-date with the fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, and competitors to provide customers with relevant information.

Team & Development

Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with your colleagues, follow procedures and legal requirements, and participate in onboarding and training courses.

Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Involved activities include garment cycle completion, operating fitting room and checkout areas, maintaining attractive merchandise displays, and supporting in-store tech services and stock replenishment routines.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, customer service and has sales experience in a dynamic environment, with flexibility, creativity, and strong communication skills.
