About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through your store, actively selling products, and offering support and guidance. You will share your fashion and product knowledge, ensure garment refill & care, and maintain a clean sales floor and back of house.

A Day in the Life

A typical day includes responsibilities such as:

  • Welcoming and guiding customers.
  • Engaging customers with fashion trends and product knowledge.
  • Promoting products and the Customer Loyalty App.
  • Supporting store operations to reach sales targets.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and stock replenishment.

General Information

Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and share relevant style information. Work collaboratively, follow store procedures, and participate in onboarding, training and feedback sessions.

Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Responsibilities include garment cycle management, operating fitting rooms and checkout areas, ensuring attractive merchandise displays, and following best practices for in-store technology and routines.

Qualifications

Passion for fashion, excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and previous retail or customer service experience in fashion or similar industries are required.

Additional Information

This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a pay rate of $14.00 per hour. The role is based at the Mall at Fox Run, and candidates will work on-site following all H&S and legal guidelines. Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities.
