About the Role

As an H&M Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell H&M products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to ensure the best customer experience while assisting with garment refill, store presentation, and back of house organization.

A Day in the Life

Your typical day includes:

  • Welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience.
  • Engaging with customers to promote products and the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member).
  • Supporting sales targets through commercial and operational actions.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and attractive product displays.
  • Assisting with store opening, closing, and upkeep of the sales floor and stockrooms.

General Information

Utilize your fashion and trend awareness to share product knowledge, support sustainability initiatives, and collaborate with team members through feedback and training. Compliance with H&S guidelines and legal requirements is essential.

Additional Information

This role is hourly and non-exempt with a pay rate of $15.25 per hour. The position includes participation in H&M's Maki assessment tool as part of the hiring process. Reasonable accommodations are available upon request.
