About the Role
As a H&M Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling products, and offering support and guidance. You will utilize your fashion and product knowledge to enhance customer experience and work on garment refill, care, presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
A Day in the Life
Your typical day includes:
- Delivering excellent customer service and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience.
- Engaging customers with fashion trends, stories, and product information.
- Contributing to garment refill, steaming, and merchandise presentation.
- Supporting sales initiatives through customer loyalty apps and in-store tech tools.
- Working closely with your team in retail operations and visual guidelines.
Qualifications
You are passionate about fashion, customer service, and have retail and sales experience. Communication, creativity, flexibility, and teamwork are essential as you continuously share knowledge and support store operations.
