About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at H&M Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell products. You will share your fashion and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and support garment refill, care, and store presentation.
A Day in the Life
Your day will include:
- Welcoming and guiding customers in-store and via OMNI channels.
- Engaging with customers to explain trends, stories, and products.
- Promoting customer loyalty through the Hello Member app.
- Supporting store operations to achieve sales targets.
- Maintaining a tidy sales floor and attractive merchandise displays.
General Information
Fashion & Trend Awareness: Stay current on fashion trends and product information to advise customers effectively.
Team & Development: Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and participate in trainings.
Retail Operations: Manage tasks including garment refill, fitting room operation, checkout, stock replenishment, and store opening/closing.
Qualifications
You are passionate about fashion with experience in customer service or sales, and you thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.

Additional Information
This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Additional duties may be assigned and compensation may vary based on qualifications.
