About the Role

As a Sales Advisor at Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling products, and offering support and guidance. Your fashion and product knowledge will help customers have the best experience.

A Day in the Life

A typical day includes:

  • Welcoming and guiding customers both in-store and through OMNI channels.
  • Engaging in conversations to provide customer service and promote products.
  • Utilizing fashion and product knowledge to share relevant trends and information.
  • Supporting sales targets and commercial actions with the store team.
  • Maintaining garment refill, care, presentation, and store cleanliness.

General Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Promoting the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
  • Operating fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices.
  • Completing full garment cycles from unpacking to steaming.
  • Maintaining attractive merchandise displays and stock levels.
  • Assisting with store opening and closing procedures while following H&S guidelines.

Qualifications

Successful candidates are passionate about fashion and customer service, possess sales experience, and are communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented. Experience in fashion, retail, or service industries is essential.

Additional Information

This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a Sales Associates pay rate of $15.50 per hour. The position may include additional duties at the company’s discretion. Reasonable accommodations are provided for applicants with disabilities.
