About the Role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M Group, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, actively sell products, and offer support and guidance using your fashion and product knowledge. You will also handle garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to maintaining a clean sales floor and back of house.

A typical day includes:

  • Welcoming and guiding customers in-store and OMNI experience
  • Engaging customers and sharing fashion trends, stories, and product info
  • Promoting and selling products, including the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member)
  • Supporting commercial and operational actions to achieve sales targets

  • Manage garment cycle, fitting room, and checkout operations
  • Maintain attractive merchandise displays and stock levels

Additional Information

This is an Hourly, Non-Exempt position with a pay rate of $13 per hour. The role involves various duties including in-store operations, customer interactions, and following H&S guidelines.
