About the Role

As an H&M Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store and OMNI experience, actively sell products, and support customers with comprehensive fashion and product information.

A Day in the Life

Your day includes customer sales & profit activities such as welcoming customers, engaging in conversation, promoting fashion trends and our Customer Loyalty App, and working with store management to reach sales targets.

  • Retain and share expertise in customer service and store operations.
  • Maintain store appearance through garment care, refill, and presentation.
  • Operate checkout and fitting room areas following best practices.
  • Support store opening, closing, and overall cleanliness.

Qualifications

You are passionate about fashion, motivated to deliver great customer experiences, communicative, creative, and flexible. Previous sales and customer service experience in retail or related fields is required.
