As a Sales Associate at COS, you are the friendly face that greets customers and embodies the heart of our brand. You will create welcoming experiences, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to inspire and elevate the shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate conversations with customers.
  • Assist at cash desk, fitting rooms, and on the shop floor.
  • Process deliveries and replenish stock.
  • Merchandise the latest garments.

Qualifications

Customer-focused, commercially minded, interested in trends and fashion. Communicative, positive, open-minded, willing to learn, and adaptable. Previous customer service experience and familiarity with textile materials are a plus, but not mandatory.
