Job Description
At H&M Group, as a Sales Ambassador, you will help cultivate a friendly and warm shopping experience for & Other Stories customers. This role involves organic customer service, detailed product knowledge, operational routines, and overall upkeeping to drive sales.
- Greet and engage customers in conversation.
- Provide detailed product knowledge on fashion merchandise.
- Complete full garment processing from unpacking to steaming.
- Handle customer transactions courteously at the register.
- Replenish stock and maintain shop floor standards.
Team Player
Work closely with team members to ensure the best customer service by maintaining a clean and organized shop floor. Help train new team members and be open to feedback.
Qualifications
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- At least 6 months retail or customer service experience.
- Ability to lift over 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Good communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
