Job Description

At H&M Group, as a Sales Ambassador, you will help cultivate a friendly and warm shopping experience for & Other Stories customers. This role involves organic customer service, detailed product knowledge, operational routines, and overall upkeeping to drive sales.

  • Greet and engage customers in conversation.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge on fashion merchandise.
  • Complete full garment processing from unpacking to steaming.
  • Handle customer transactions courteously at the register.
  • Replenish stock and maintain shop floor standards.

Team Player

Work closely with team members to ensure the best customer service by maintaining a clean and organized shop floor. Help train new team members and be open to feedback.

Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 6 months retail or customer service experience.
  • Ability to lift over 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Good communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
