About the Role - Sales Advisor
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, guide shoppers through the store, and actively sell our products using your fashion and product knowledge. You will also be involved in garment refill & care, visual presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor and back of house.
A Day in the Life
- Customer Sales & Profit: Welcome customers, drive sales, promote our loyalty app, and support sales targets.
- Fashion & Trend Awareness: Stay updated on trends and share product insights with customers.
- Team & Development: Share knowledge, follow procedures, and participate in training sessions.
- Retail Operations & Visual Execution: Manage garment cycles, operate fitting rooms, and ensure attractive merchandise displays.
Qualifications
You should be passionate about fashion, motivated to deliver an excellent customer experience, and have 1-2+ years of sales or customer service experience in retail or related industries. Ability to lift 20+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends is required. Basic computer skills are necessary and occasional travel may be part of the role.
