As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing H&M's products.

What You’ll Do:

• Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
• Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
• Support with opening and closing of the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during customer interactions.

Who You’ll Work With:

Work alongside Store Teams including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers and other key store personnel, plus the wider Area Team to drive success and positive customer experiences.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields.
• Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments with technology use.
• Flexible, creative, and action oriented with a strong willingness to learn.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position located in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai. The role reports to the Department Manager and requires completion of an online skills-based assessment.
