About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling products, and offering customer support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to enhance customer experience and maintain store standards.
A Day in the Life
- Customer Sales & Profit: Welcome customers, guide them through the store and OMNI experience, and promote our products and Customer Loyalty App.
- Fashion & Trend Awareness: Keep up to date with current fashion trends and share product information.
- Team & Development: Collaborate with colleagues, share skills, and engage in training sessions.
- Retail Operations & Visual Execution: Manage garment refill, maintain visual displays, and support store operations including opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
You are passionate about fashion, customer service, and have at least 1-2 years transferable experience in retail or a related industry. Physical stamina is required, as well as basic computer skills and availability to work evenings and weekends.
