Job Description
As the Sales Advisor, you are the friendly face that greets our customers and embodies the heart of our brand. You will provide high-level service at every turn: from initiating conversations and assisting at the cash desk to managing the fitting rooms and shop floor. Responsibilities include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising the latest garments.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Engage customers and deliver excellent service.
- Assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and shop floor.
- Process deliveries, replenish stocks, and merchandise products.
- Collaborate with your team to create positive shopping experiences.
Qualifications
Customer-focused, adaptable, action-oriented with strong communication skills. Previous experience in customer service and some familiarity with fabrics are desirable but not mandatory. Must be flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends, and proficient in English.
