About Sales Advisor
As the Sales Advisor, you are the friendly face that greets customers, embodying the heart of the H&M Group brand. You will provide high-level customer service from greeting and assisting at the cash desk to managing fitting rooms, shop floor, and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to elevate their shopping experience.
- Assist at the cash desk and fitting rooms.
- Process deliveries and replenish stock.
- Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, curious, honest, and genuine. Key qualifications include:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Initiative to deliver memorable shopping experiences
- Interest in fashion and trends
- Good communication skills in English
