Job Description

As the Sales Advisor, you are the friendly face that greets our customers and embodies the heart of our brand. You will provide exceptional service—from engaging customers on the shop floor to assisting at the cash desk, in fitting rooms, and handling deliveries and merchandising.

Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you will guide customers through their shopping journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service. Working closely with your team, you will help create memorable moments for our customers.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with genuine interest in service excellence.
• Proactive in initiating conversations and improving processes.
• Curious and eager to learn about fashion trends and fabrics.
• Communicative, positive, and open-minded.
• Good English language skills required.
• Previous retail experience and understanding store operations are preferable.

Additional Information
