About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience to actively sell our products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to ensure customers have the best experience, handling garment refill, care, presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor and back of house.
A Day in the Life
A typical day includes responsibilities such as providing excellent customer service, engaging in conversations with customers, guiding them through fashion trends and products, and directly supporting sales targets. You will:
- Welcome and guide customers throughout the store
- Promote and sell products actively
- Support customer loyalty and sustainability initiatives
- Participate in operational tasks including garment refill and store presentation
- Assist in opening and closing routines
General Information
Fashion & Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current trends, products, and competitors, and share relevant information with customers.
Team & Development: Share your skills with colleagues, participate in trainings, and follow store procedures.
Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution: Manage garment care, ensure attractive merchandise displays, and maintain stock levels on the sales floor.
Qualifications
You are passionate about fashion, communicative, creative, curious, motivated and flexible. Previous sales and customer service experience in fashion or related industries is essential.

Additional Information
This is an hourly, non-exempt role paying $14 per hour. The position may include additional duties as assigned. Reasonable accommodations are provided for applicants with disabilities.
