About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at H&M Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell H&M products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to create the best experience while assisting with garment refill, care, and maintaining a tidy sales floor and back of house.
A Day in the Life
Typical responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
- Engaging with customers and promoting fashion trends and products
- Promoting the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
- Maintaining garment presentation, executing refill cycles, and ensuring attractive merchandising
- Supporting opening, closing, and clean-up procedures
General Responsibilities
The role requires maintaining up-to-date fashion insights, contributing to a collaborative team environment, and adhering to best practices and legal guidelines in retail operations.

Additional Information
This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a starting pay rate of $12.00 per hour. The hiring process includes an optional online assessment using the Maki tool. Reasonable accommodations are available upon request.
