About the Role

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling products and providing support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.

A Day in the Life

A typical day includes:

  • Providing excellent customer service and guiding customers.
  • Engaging customers and sharing fashion trends.
  • Promoting the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
  • Supporting sales targets and operational actions.
  • Maintaining garment refill, care, and store presentation.

General Information

Fashion & Trend Awareness: Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, and products to assist customers.

Team & Development: Share knowledge, follow procedures, and participate in trainings.

Retail Operations & Visual Execution: Handle garment cycle operations, manage fitting room and checkout areas, and ensure merchandise displays are attractive.

Qualifications

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you are passionate about fashion and customer service. You are communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, and action-oriented with previous sales and customer service experience in retail or related industries.

Additional Information

This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a starting pay rate of $15.50 per hour. Additional duties may be assigned at the company's discretion. The role includes opportunities for skills-based assessments using the Maki tool.
