About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at H&M Group, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell our products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to deliver a superior customer experience.
A Day in the Life
Your typical day includes:
- Welcoming and guiding customers with an omni-channel experience.
- Engaging with customers to explain fashion trends and product details.
- Promoting the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives.
- Supporting commercial actions to hit sales targets.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
Stay updated on fashion trends, product information, competitors, and influencers to support customer needs.
Team & Development
Share your knowledge with colleagues, participate in training sessions, and support one another.
Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution
Manage garment cycle processes, maintain merchandise displays, ensure stock levels, and support store opening/closing routines while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
You should be passionate about fashion, customer service, and actively promoting store initiatives. Prior experience in retail sales and customer service is valued.
