About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store, actively selling our products, and offering support and guidance. Using your fashion and product knowledge, you'll provide customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with your store team.

A Day in the Life

Your daily duties include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience.
  • Engaging with customers to deliver service excellence and promote products.
  • Sharing fashion trends, stories, and product details with customers.
  • Promoting our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
  • Supporting commercial and operational actions to meet sales targets.

General Information

Fashion & Trend Awareness: Keep up-to-date with trends, styles, and product competitor information to share with customers.

Team & Development: Share your service and store operation skills, give and receive feedback, and engage in ongoing training.

Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution: Manage garment care, fitting room operations, checkout areas, maintain stock levels, and support opening/closing routines following H&S guidelines.

Qualifications

You are passionate about fashion, motivated to provide a great customer experience, and have sales and customer service experience within retail or similar service industries. Your communicative, creative, and flexible approach thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Additional Information

This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a pay rate of $12.75 per hour. Duties may extend beyond those listed, with additional responsibilities assigned by the company as needed. H&M is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
