About the Role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M Sales Advisor, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, and actively selling our products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information for the best experience. Additionally, you will contribute to garment refill and care, maintain visual presentation, and ensure a clean sales floor and back of house.

A Day in the Life

Your day includes:

• Welcoming customers and guiding them through omni-channel experiences.
• Engaging customers, sharing fashion trends and product stories.
• Promoting products including the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintaining merchandise displays and supporting stock replenishment.
• Operating fitting room and checkout areas per best practices.

Qualifications and Team Work

You are expected to be passionate about fashion, customer service oriented, communicative, creative, and flexible. Sales experience in retail or customer service, especially in a dynamic environment, is required.

Retail Operations & Visual Execution

Responsibilities include garment care from unpacking and refill to steaming, visual merchandising following commercial guidelines, and supporting opening and closing procedures along with adherence to H&S and legal requirements.
