About the Role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers, and actively selling products. Leverage your fashion and product knowledge to enhance customer experiences while maintaining store presentation and supporting operational tasks.

A Day in the Life

  • Customer Sales & Profit: Provide excellent customer service, engage conversations, promote loyalty app and sales.
  • Fashion & Trend Awareness: Stay updated on trends, share product and fashion insights with customers.
  • Team & Development: Share knowledge, participate in trainings, and support colleagues.
  • Retail Operations: Handle garment refill, fitting room, checkout, display presentation and store upkeep.

Qualifications

You are passionate about fashion, motivated to deliver outstanding customer service, communicative, creative, and have relevant sales or customer service experience in retail.

Additional Information

This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a pay rate of $11.50 per hour. Other responsibilities include operating assessment tools for skills-based selection and following legal, health, and safety guidelines.
