About the Role

As a H&M Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling products, and offering support and guidance. Your fashion and product knowledge will ensure customers receive all necessary information for the best experience.

A Day in the Life

A typical day involves:

  • Welcoming and guiding customers both in-store and via OMNI channels.
  • Engaging customers with fashion trends and product knowledge.
  • Promoting the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensuring excellent garment refill, care, and merchandise presentation.
  • Maintaining clean and organized sales floor and back of house.

General Responsibilities

In addition to direct sales, you will:

  • Support commercial or operational actions to meet sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, and competitors.
  • Share your expertise and receive feedback with colleagues.
  • Follow store procedures, routines, and legal requirements.
  • Assist with opening and closing of the store while adhering to H&S guidelines.

Qualifications

You should be passionate about fashion and customer service with previous sales experience in retail or related sectors. Communicative, creative, motivated, and flexible individuals who enjoy dynamic team environments are ideal for this role.
