Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on-site in Rabat. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for the design, implementation, and supervision of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, overseeing data collection, training and collaborating with families and caregivers, and supervising ABA tutors. The role requires close collaboration with other clinical team members to ensure client progress and optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Foundational expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with proficiency in behavior intervention strategies
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management to support family integration and consistency in interventions
• Strong knowledge of Psychology as it pertains to learning and behavioral development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members
• BCBA certification is required
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Rabat
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
