We are actively seeking a qualified and dedicated Behaviour Analyst to join our expanding team. This full-time role involves providing 1:1 and family-centered behavioral intervention to an 11-year-old child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) for two days per week. For the remaining three days, you will serve as a Supervisor within our young-adults program, LifeMap.

Key Responsibilities of a Behaviour Analyst

  • Conduct standardized behavioural assessments to identify skill strengths, learning needs, and behaviour reduction targets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Treatment Plans based on comprehensive assessment results.

  • Arrange and facilitate extra-curricular and community-based learning opportunities to promote skill generalization and functional independence.
  • Maintain open, professional communication and demonstrate adaptability across home, school, and Hand in Hand clinical settings.

  • Minimum of two years of certification and post-certification experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
  • Proven ability to both provide and effectively receive constructive feedback.
  • Demonstrated competence in conducting standardized behavioural assessments and designing comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Exceptional data collection, analysis, and meticulous documentation skills.
