About Sales Support

In the Sales Support division, you will work closely with Sales leaders (Account Executives) across the nation. You will get onboarded, learn the rhythm of each Sales leader, and collaborate with fellow Account Managers on client projects. This role requires working in-person at the Sterling, IL office 1-3 days per week, for those residing within a 30-mile radius.

Responsibilities

  • Perform product research and make recommendations
  • Organize client presentations
  • Obtain pricing and prepare customer quotes
  • Solve complex customer problems with creative solutions
  • Communicate ideas confidently
  • Develop relationships with Sales and Promotional Product Suppliers
  • Coordinate ordering and returns of samples
  • Enter sales orders via proprietary system
  • Coordinate client review and approval of proofs
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of promotional products industry experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage parallel assignments
  • Thrives in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Basic business math knowledge
  • High accuracy in delivering work under deadlines
  • Positive attitude with flexibility and humor
  • Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Motivated learner eager for on-the-job training and career advancement

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated base salary range is between $47,000 and $65,000 annually. HALO offers comprehensive benefits including nationwide coverage for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability insurance, 401(k), HSA, and FSA.
