HALO is a global leader in branded merchandise connecting people and brands for unforgettable experiences. The Program Account Data Specialist role combines the responsibilities of a traditional Program Account Manager with technical data expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of key accounts from planning to execution.
• Oversee data management and loading programs into Reach.
• Analyze datasets, including redemption, inventory, and usage reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Merchandising) and external partners.
• Support program marketing initiatives and client communications.

Requirements

• Expertise in database management and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with backend systems and web management.
• Basic marketing, accounting, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
