Position Overview

This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to gather analytics requirements and transforming them into actionable insights using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. You will architect enterprise reporting frameworks, integrate AI/ML capabilities, and develop intuitive visual dashboards using modern BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leaders to define analytics requirements.
  • Analytics Design: Architect descriptive, predictive and prescriptive solutions.
  • Enterprise Reporting: Build scalable reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • AI/ML Integration: Incorporate AI/ML models for forecasting and anomaly detection.
  • Visual Analytics: Develop engaging, interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Enablement & Adoption: Train users to leverage analytics for operational improvements.
  • Data Strategy Alignment: Ensure designs meet data architecture and governance standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for designs, data flows, and assumptions.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years experience. Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL is essential, along with experience in AI/ML model implementation in business contexts. Familiarity with ETL tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and Agile methodologies is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is between $100,000 - $130,000 annually. HALO offers comprehensive benefits including nationwide insurance coverage and retirement savings plans, along with flexible schedules to balance work and personal life.
