The company provides essential transportation services including multi-mode operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology, analytics, business intelligence, maintenance, cleaning, and rider experience measurement.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Fleet and Maintenance, the Fleet Vendor and Service Coordinator is a key member of the fleet maintenance team. You will manage and oversee the maintenance for over 2,300 vehicles across the US and Canada, ensuring their safety, availability, and readiness for operational use. This role involves collaborating with Field Management on preventative and corrective maintenance while coordinating with vendors and auto shops for timely service completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and communicate purchase/service orders ensuring procedural compliance.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records in the maintenance database.
  • Collaborate with Field Operations and Drivers for repairs and maintenance.
  • Report on workloads, estimate repair times, and schedule services.
  • Monitor vehicle workflow and manage related equipment (radios, dashcams, etc.).
  • Assist in upfitting vehicles and maintaining inventory of supplies.
  • Perform additional fleet-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Candidates should display ambition to drive success for a 2,300-vehicle fleet, possess strong communication skills (active listening, empathy, patience, tact), and have robust analytical abilities to make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in automotive/mechanical experience and training.
  • ASE Certification is desired, but not required.
