About the Role

At Hailo, we develop AI processors that push the boundaries of performance and efficiency. We're looking for a strong and talented developer — including junior developers and recent graduates — to help design and implement critical parts of our next-generation dataflow compiler, built for the future chipsets that will power tomorrow's AI. This is the toolchain that compiles real-world AI models, including cutting-edge GenAI workloads, to run on our hardware.

In this role, you'll work on graph algorithms and deep optimizations, resource allocation, mapping, and hardware-specific features. You'll need to dive deep into machine learning model structures and concepts, while building a strong understanding of hardware architecture — memory, compute, bandwidth, and parallelism. We work with the most recent technologies, including C++23 and modern Python, and collaborate hand-in-hand with top AI coding agents as part of our day-to-day development workflow. Expect to tackle real-world challenges, go deep into the stack, and make a direct impact on the performance and capabilities of Hailo's products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop critical components of our next-generation dataflow compiler for future AI chipsets.
• Implement and optimize graph algorithms and deep optimizations to maximize model performance on Hailo hardware.
• Dive deep into machine learning model structures, including cutting-edge GenAI workloads, and translate them into efficient hardware execution.
• Take ownership of real challenges, go deep into the stack, and make a direct impact on the performance and capabilities of Hailo's products.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or Electrical Engineering (GPA above 85) — final-year students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• 2+ years of R&D experience in C/C++, Python (academic projects and internships count).
• Hard-working, committed, and self-reliant.
• Great interpersonal skills and a team-player.
• Fluent English.
