Focusing primarily on major social media platforms, the team is dedicated to driving product priorities and ensuring partner success across a diverse family of applications.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers within the dynamic Music space. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with comprehensive data analysis, managing partner programs, and efficiently handling partner inbound requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to regularly analyze the performance of partner accounts and pages. Identify areas for improvement and uncover opportunities for enhanced product adoption.
- Strategic Support: Provide crucial support on partner performance tracking, goal achievement, market trend analysis, and forecasting to anticipate potential challenges or identify new opportunities for the in-market team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with various cross-functional teams, including Operations, Programs, and Partnerships, to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Problem Solving: Proactively anticipate bottlenecks, skillfully balance business objectives and needs against technical and operational constraints, and mediate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve any blocking issues efficiently.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and often ambiguous start-up environment, maintaining focus and productivity.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, partner management, or project management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem.
- Experience working directly with Entertainment partners.
- Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital, or Entertainment sectors.
- A self-starter mentality, comfortable prioritizing diverse work streams and clearly communicating these priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
- Strong operational background, with a proven ability to bring teams and functions together to enhance efficiency.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis.
- Experience with public presentations to a diverse audience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
