Key Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Be responsible for testing, documenting major changes, and representing them in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings as required.
- Deliver changes in accordance with guidelines and drive continuous improvement in service health and resilience.
- Provide data and documentation to internal and external auditors, including walkthroughs and reports.
- Manage ITSO responsibilities, including compliance with ICE standards and ITSO Book of Work (BOW).
- Research, develop, and implement new solutions aligned to stakeholder requirements and product roadmaps.
- Drive progress in strategic programmes and provide subject matter expertise (SME) in solution design.
- Establish and manage proactive relationships with multiple PAM vendors.
- Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders and internal technical teams.
- Manage out-of-hours work when required and lead a pod to achieve defined objectives.
- Promote knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with at least one third-party PAM product (Hashicorp Vault preferred), including specific training and certifications (Hashicorp Vault and Terraform preferred).
- Strong skills in building quality relationships with colleagues, to establish their requirements and collaborate on finding solutions.
- 3+ years of experience with both UNIX and Windows operating systems - build, support, and maintain.
- Experience with data management (SQL database, data repositories like Splunk) and reporting (e.g., Grafana).
- Experience designing and building automation processes using Ansible AAP, including playbook creation.
- Experience managing crisis calls, troubleshooting complex issues, and building root cause remediation plans.
- Experience designing monitoring and alerting solutions at an enterprise level (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, App Dynamics, SCOM).
- Experience working in an Agile team, managing work in Jira and engagements in Jira Service Desk.
