Mercor is recruiting a Compliance & Risk Specialist to work on a research project for one of the world’s top AI companies. This project involves using your professional experience to design questions related to your occupation.

Applicant Requirements:

• Have 4+ years full-time work experience in compliance and risk.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not accepted).

Role Details:

• This is a part-time, remote role requiring a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
• The project is estimated to last for 6 months, with potential for extension.
• Compensation is competitive and based on professional background and geographic location.
• The project focuses on training and enhancing AI systems by designing occupation-specific questions.

Contract and Payment Terms:

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• The role is fully remote and can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on needs and performance.
• Work involves no access to confidential or proprietary information.
• Payments are made weekly via Stripe or Wise.
• H1-B or STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported at this time.
