This role will be based out of Pune.

Purpose of the Role

To support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.

Accountabilities

• Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
• Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
• Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
• Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
• Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification – B.E. / B. Tech / MBA / CA or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Payment infrastructure – SWIFT, SEPA.
• Working experience of Business Analysis practices within Agile and Waterfall framework.
• Excellent command of English language with strong written and verbal communications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective and Efficient stakeholder management.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through workshops, design thinking and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Perform data analysis to support decision making.
• Proven track record in Business analysis/project management and good experience in hosting workshops based on design thinking techniques/approach.

Highly Valued Skills

• Hands-on experience of workflow application and business rules engine.
• Awareness of using MS Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint with an awareness of SQL.
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and functional design, writing business & technical documentation, writing test cases, test case execution and data analysis.
• Prior experience as BA in financial domain, especially customer Onboarding, AML, KYC.
